How can I buy tickets for your shows?
Advance tickets are available online through Brown Paper Tickets
What time do doors open for your shows?
As a general rule, doors open for the show one hour before the advertised show time. All door times will be listed in the event.
It says on your website that the show I want to see is sold out. How can I get tickets?
Unfortunately, when a show sells out in advance there are no tickets left at all. We always highly recommend getting tickets in advance either on our website or at the bar to avoid being shut-out of a show you want to see.
How does seating work at The Mode?
All of our shows are general admission. If you have a disability or injury and require a seat, please contact us in advance or let our security professional know as soon as you arrive so we can be ready to accommodate you.
Is there an age restriction for your shows?
All of our shows are 18+. Minors are welcome to attend any of our shows, no matter the age limit, when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Do you allow cameras at your shows?
The venue allows cameras and video, but sometimes acts that play here do not allow them. Before bringing a large and expensive camera that you may need to leave in your car, please contact the venue to find out what is allowed that night. As a general rule, most bands are OK with non-professional cameras.
Do you allow smoking in the venue?
No. It is illegal to smoke in a bar in WI. This also includes e-cigs and vaping. We do have an outdoor available for smokers out front however you’ll need to leave your drink inside.
Do you serve food?
We do not serve food, however The MT Bar is right around the corner which has a full menu. You’re more than welcome to carry in food from them or anywhere else.
Do you have a lost and found?
Yes. If you have lost something at a show, please call or stop down, email, or direct message to claim it as soon as possible. Please remember that we are not responsible for items lost or stolen at The Mode Theater.
Is The Mode Theater handicapped accessible?
Yes. If you need special assistance, please contact us.
Is there an ATM available at The Mode?
Not yet. The closest is around the corner at The MT Bar.
Do you rent out for private events?
Yes. We host all kinds of private events, from small wedding receptions, to award ceremonies, to corporate parties, and just about anything else you can think of. Please see the Private Events page of our website for more information.
