ONE-MAN SHOW PREVIEW
A Tragedy + Time = Comedy event:

The night kicks off with a special opening act with funny stories by Dave Emanuel. After that Tyson Purcell takes the stage to present
a darkly comedic chronicle of one man’s attempt to make the wrong decision whenever possible. This is the first ever performance of his one man show that has been over 2-years in the making. Be the first to witness how this narrative ties together both serious and comedic true stories covering everything from death, to softball, trying to lose your virginity, a trip to Taco Bell, a night with an Irish mobster and more—all told with heartfelt humor.

This special event is a preview event and will include a talk back session following the show so you can ask questions and give feedback on how the show will grow and change.

Featuring:
Dave Emanuel (Opener):
David tells jokes and stories out of Madison, Wisconsin. In addition to stand-up, he has won Moth Story Slams in Chicago, Madison, Milwaukee, and the Twin Cities and participated in the National Storytelling Festival. The dude has a PhD in Political Science, but he has never told a political joke on stage. It’s mostly about puberty, awkward sex, and midlife crises with this guy.
