The Mode Theater opened in September 1938 as a single screen movie theater. It ran until the mid 1980’s when the multi-plex took over the market. It sat vacant for a number of years but underwent a massive renovation in the mid 1990’s that added a second floor within the space available. It then served as a performance & art space.

The Mode has been once again reborn as a music venue open to all genres (except cover bands), an event, art, and performance space. It has a large in house PA system, bar with beer and wine available for sale, lighting to accommodate most situations as well as tables and seating for your event.

Our goal is to make this space friendly to the artists & performers as much as our customers. Please consider The Mode for your next event.
